Shipping policy
LOWKAL SA has the vision to provide our customers with the satisfaction and relaxation that everything will be done as smoothly as possible.
We do shipments locally within South Africa within 2 to 3 workings in most cases and within Gauteng shipment is within 1 to 2 working days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods.
Exchanges
LOWKAL SA only replace items if the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong size. In the event of this taking place the request for the exchange must be within the 7 day exchange period. We cannot be held responsible for claims submitted outside the exchange period. Kindly note that you will be responsible for covering shipping costs of the courier to and from us.

Refunds
Refunds (possible)
We can assist you with a refund only if the item is faulty or defective. In the event of this taking place kindly state your order number, the issue you experienced and images of the item you received with the issues clearly to be seen. Email us with your full request at lowkalsa@gmail.com.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too to us, in a time frame of 1-3 days.
Please note, Clearance/ Black Friday Sale items: may not be refunded only exchanged.
