Q: Are the products listed here brand new or pre-owned?
A: LOWKAL SA sells quality products. All products listed here are in pristine premium quality condition.
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Orders may take 2-5 working days to ship. All stock listed on our website are available. Via the courier guy, Postnet or Pep Paxi. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to prepare your order in our warehouse. It can then take up to 5 days to reach you.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: With every order you will receive a notification email or message when we ship out your order. In that email there will be a tracking URL.
Q: I received a tracking number from you guys, but it does not work, why is that? A: All our tracking numbers are subject to the couriers activation of them - so kindly check again after a few hours to give courier company a chance to refresh their system and update the shipping status.
