RETURN POLICY
LOWKAL SA Return & Exchange Policy
LOWKAL SA has the vision to provide our customers with the satisfaction and relaxation that everything will be done as smoothly as possible.
We have a 7 working day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returned items must have tags still attached, be in original packaging, and have no visible signs of wear or use.
If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When emailing, clearly state your order number, the issue, and attach images of the concern. Once accepted, the item must be mailed to the address provided in our response.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods
- Clearance / Black Friday Sale items (exchange only, no refunds)
Exchanges
- We replace items only if the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong size.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the parcel back to us.

LOWKAL SA will cover the cost of sending the replacement item back to you.

Refunds
Refunds are only possible if the item is faulty or defective.

Once your return is inspected and approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method.
